Refund Policy for the OneAvenue Platform

This Refund Policy governs the terms under which payments made through the OneAvenue Platform at https://oneavenue.ssmrv.edu.in/ are handled. The Platform is managed and operated by the Rashtreeya Sikshana Samithi Trust (RSST) for SSMRV College activities. By completing a transaction on the Platform, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Scope of the Refund Policy

1.1 This policy applies to all payments made through the OneAvenue Platform for:

• Event registrations.
• Fest participation.
• Other activities that require payment facilitated via the RSST SAP payment gateway.

1.2 This policy does not cover any payments made offline or through third-party platforms outside of the official OneAvenue website.

2. No Refund Policy

2.1 Finality of Payments:

• All payments made on the OneAvenue Platform are final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
  • Non-attendance of the event.
  • Change of mind or personal reasons.
  • Event cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Technical errors caused by the user during payment.

2.2 Refund Acknowledgment:

• By proceeding with a payment, users acknowledge and accept the no-refund policy.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Accuracy of Payment Details:

• Users are responsible for ensuring that all details provided during the payment process are accurate, including event selection and personal information.

3.2 Review Before Payment:

• Users are advised to carefully review all event details, terms, and conditions before making any payment.

4. Payment Disputes

4.1 In the unlikely event of a dispute related to unauthorized transactions or technical errors caused by the Platform, users may contact us at support@ssmrv.edu.in with the following details:

• Transaction ID.
• Payment date and amount.
• Description of the issue.

4.2 While RSST will investigate such claims, refunds will not be issued unless required by applicable law.

5. Event Cancellations or Changes

5.1 SSMRV College reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify events.
5.2 In case of event cancellation or changes:

• Users will be notified promptly.
• No refunds or compensation will be provided.

6. Legal Compliance

6.1 This refund policy is governed by the laws of India.
6.2 Any disputes arising from payments or this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
